Functions:-

The branch dealt with works related to recruitment, transfer and posting of employees, preparation of bills, Casual Leave, Earned leave, Medical leave, preparation of retirement and annual superannuation list, maintenance of Service Books of employees, fixation of Pay as per RoP, promotion of staffs, RTI related matters, etc

Work in Branch:-

  1. Maintenance of service book /service Roll of the staff
  2. All matters relating to pension of staff.
  3. Recruitment.
  4. Transfer, posting and promotion to staff.
  5. Handing over and taken over of charge of Gazetted Officers.
  6. Maintenance of Cl/EL/CCL/Commuted/Maternity Leave etc.
  7. RTI related matters
